The first study, titled "Effectiveness of thymoquinone, zeolite, and platelet-rich plasma in a model of corrosive esophagitis induced in rats" [1], was conducted on four groups of rats to evaluate the effectiveness of Zeolite and PRP for esophagitis. 

The study used a dose of 5 mg/kg of Zeolite orally for one week. The results recorded an improvement in esophagitis conditions due to Zeolite's anti-inflammatory properties.

Another study [2] in mice used doses ranging from 0.2% to 5% zeolite in 67.8% cornmeal in the mice's diet. The results found that 8 mice in the experiment showed signs of detoxification due to the synthetic anion exchange effect of Zeolite.

A study on pigs to assess growth, nutritional balance, serum ammonia concentration, and urinary p-cresol levels in growing pigs fed diets containing zeolite A or clinoptilolite found effectiveness in the group of pigs with an average weight of 7 kg, with doses ranging from 2.5% to 7.5% clinoptilolite [4]. 

Furthermore, the effectiveness of clinoptilolite zeolite was evaluated to be better than zeolite A [4].

Several studies have raised concerns about the potential for high-dose zeolite usage to cause DNA damage or even cancer. However, a comprehensive study on Wistar rats examined the carcinogenic potential of clinoptilolite zeolite [4]. 

The rats were given doses of either 30 or 60 mg per mouse, and the study found no significant increase in tumor incidence across any organ or tissue, regardless of dosage [4]. These findings suggest that clinoptilolite does not exhibit carcinogenic activity in Wistar rats.

A double-blind study on 52 physically active men and women with similar fat levels who used a dose of 1.85g of Zeolite per day for 12 weeks yielded positive gut health results by reducing the tight junction-regulating protein zonulin concentration.

A review article on the effects and safety of Zeolite for humans also mentioned that "Moreover, a human study demonstrated the ability of mechanically micronized clinoptilolite to reduce ethanol absorption by decreasing blood alcohol concentration at a dose of 5 g" [7].

Another type of Zeolite, natural zeolite type ZC, shows potential as a therapeutic application. Although it exhibits non-toxic properties, it is important to consider possible side effects. In an in vitro model, ZC has been found to reduce the survival of DNA-synthesizing cells and increase the self-destruction process of cells [9].

When using Zeolite, especially for therapeutic or health supplementation purposes, it is crucial to pay attention to its dosage and specific type.
