Content: I looked at a lot of Berberine capsules and some of the capsules were each 1500 mg. I've read up on Berberine and it seems that 1500 mg at one time isn't recommended. I tend to lean more toward caution when trying something new and having 500 mg capsules allowed me to find the right dosage for me.The cinnamon, I know from experience, just make me feel better overall. I know it's been associated with a lot of benefits, including having a slight anti-inflammatory effect on the body. I'm prone to inflammation, so every little bit helps.The capsules were easy to swallow.

Content: These pills worked in Day 2 of me trying them. They are huge and hard to swallow at first but I got used to it fairly quickly.I now have to check my numbers to make sure I don’t go hypoglycemic.Crazy that this has been around as a natural alternative and I’m just learning about it. I’m telling everybody if they’ve heard the good news like a Jehovas Witness. I take it with a B Complex and it works wonders.Use as directed, eat well, exercise and you will see great results!

Content: I like this Berberine supplement. I like that they include Ceylon Cinnamon. The pills are not hard to swallow. It's a fairly high amount of Berberine but that is a dose of 3 capsules, which is a lot to me. I am trying 1 capsule per day. Overall I like these and recommend them.

Content: I personally take both of these supplements separately, so I was jazzed to find a product that combines both. These are made and tested in the USA, which I love and definitley gives peace of mind to others. The package came sealed and all of the contents inside were secured. The key player in this capsule is berberine, that is known for its beneficiary function in blood sugar control. There are many studies on this. As someone who has found some benefits in taking Berberine, this seems to be a good brand. It is manufactured in the USA, in an FDA-Registered facility, GMP Certified, and has been third-party tested. Having Celon Cinnamon which compliments the effects of Berberine is something I usually look for in a brand. This gives me some assurance that the quality is good.The batch I received expires in 03/2027.Each capsule is 500mg and they recommend 3 a day. I normally take two a day so that for me would be a 45-day supply.I can't say if this or any other supplement will benefit anyone else, as everyone is different, nor can I say this brand works, with only a 30-day supply. I can say it seems to be of similar quality to other brands I've used in the past.

Content: I use berberine to control my blood glucose. It works. My go-to berberine dose is one capsule with 500 mg of 97% pure berberine hcl, 100 mg of ceylon cinnamon and 100 mcg of chromium pic.From the info presented here, I must assume this product also contains 500 mg of 97% purity Berberine HCL per capsule but with only 33.3 mg of cinnamon. The capsules themselves seem to confirm this. My usual comes in the same size capsule but it's completely full and darker in color than the Vinatura capsule that's not full, brighter yellow and obviously missing some cinnamon. Not a big deal. You're getting the berberine you want. I'm not sure if such a cut in cinnamon reduces it's efficacy as a potentiator.I honestly don't know why anyone would take a 1500 mg dose of the purest berberine hcl in one serving due to the effect I see on my glucose, My fasting glucose will typically drop 20 points, going from something like 115 mg/dL to 95 mg/dL by three hours after breakfast and one 500 mg capsule of my best berberine, so there you have it.Cost of this berberine is decent. Currently 28¢ per capsule while my preferred berberine is 22¢ each for a capsule packed full with additional potentiators.This seems like a good product that deserves recommendation but please consider and fully understand why you would want to take three capsules and call it one serving.

Content: I was a bit put off when I saw the price of this Berberine. At three capsules per day, this 90 capsule jar is a mere 30 day supply. It does deliver 1,500mg in those three capsules, however.Then it occurred to me that I don't take 1,500mg per day. I take 500mg. I can reduce this to just one, or even two capsules, and I'm covered. That gives me a 90, or 45 day supply, and makes this a good value.Even at two capsules per day it's still a good value, and will deliver 1,000mg of Berberine.Berberine is a powerful supplement, and coupled with Cinnamon it's even greater. That's what you get here.

I've been taking these right after a meal and they seem to be easy on my digestion system. Content: The pill is a little less than an inch in length and a little over 1/4 inch wide and seemed easy to swallow. We are using this supplement to aid in controlling blood sugar. These are made in the USA with international ingredients. I kind of dislike whenever supplements advertise a higher mg by saying “per serving” instead of by pill. The 1500mg is in THREE capsules, which means that really they are 500mg per pill.

Content: I like that these come in 500mg pills, so you can distribute the daily amount between meals. They’re easy to swallow and don’t cause nausea for me - though I have them right when I’m starting a meal. The cinnamon offers more benefits when combined with the berberine. I’ve been using these for a couple of weeks now and I must say that these REALLY work in terms of making me feel satisfied more quickly and with less after a meal. Also, I don’t find that I crave something sweet at the end of the meal.

Content: Whenever I see a cGMP or GMP label, the first thing I do is to research. This company has a press release, is a new company with a US address, and has a US website. Within the webpage, in big letters, "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration..." well, FDA mandates cGMP. It's a regulation, not a recommendation. So this statement is highly suspect. I've written to the FDA and waiting to hear back. In the meantime, I can't tell if the ingredients are real or not. Waiting to hear back.

The capsules are regular in size and easy to swallow. A serving size is 2 capsules per day, which is easy to manage.This comes in a wide-mouth dark plastic jar, cellophane-wrapped. This is a 30-day supply. I like that it is 3rd-party lab-tested and made in USA. The manufacturer has a functional website where certificates of analysis are available for their product. Though this new product isn't listed on the website yet.Overall, I'm pleased with this product. It seems just as good as if not better than the berberine products that I have been using so far. For around $0.83 per serving, it is a pretty decent value for the money. Good so far. I'm giving it 5 stars for now. I'm happy that it is lab-tested and GMP-certified.

Content: This seems like a pretty clean Berberine supplement. It’s made in the USA, although with “ globally sourced ingredients “. I like that it’s a veggie capsule and 3rd party tested. I don’t love that you need to take 3 capsules per serving, my present supplement requires only one. This is 90 capsules, making this only a months worth.
