Content: I ordered this because of all the ingredients and also I like how they show their testing results. I take magnesium, green tea, zinc, and coq10 so I figured why not take them together? So far I’m happy with this product. It’s easy to swallow and has no flavor that I pick up on. I’m not noticing any huge differences, but there’s also been no negatives. I’ll continue to take it.

Content: All the ingredients in this product seem to be good, but in the amounts present, it just doesn't work for me. I'm used to taking several of these items by themselves, and a couple of them not at all, so having some of them in much smaller doses as a combination pill just isn't suiting my needs.
I imagine if you prefer to have smaller dosages, this would be a wonderful product.

I ordered this for the berberine as I've been taking it for a while now and it seems to make a difference (by looking at the glucose meter and how I feel) when I don't take it. This product includes so much more that seem to be synergistic with berberine so the numbers on the meter typically are better than just when using berberine alone. Your mileage may vary nd please consult with your doctor before starting any new supplements.
The capsules are easy to swallow and given the added ingredients I feel it provides entry of value for the money. Will reorder.

Content: Berberine is a great supplement for heart health and blood sugar support. It's supposed to help with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I like that it also contains resveratrol, CoQ10, and green tea extract. It's so many good supplements all in one pill. The bottle contains 60 capsules and it says to take 2 per day. It's made in the USA and third party tested.

Content: in one caplet. These are a medium sized caplet that is easy to swallow. There is a very small taste but that may be from a caplet that may have leaked. I takes COQ10, cinnamon separately as well as trace amounts of the green tea and other ingredients in separate supplements so it is very nice to combine these into one caplet. The price is reasonable as COQ10 in my area is expensive. This is one I will reorder in the future.

Content: I got this for blood sugar management. I think it is helping, but time will tell. Also making some dietary and exercise changes. There really is no 1 pill that will fix it all! This has other good things as well so it's a good combination. $21.89 price right now and there is a 10% discount coupon so it's a fair price point.

Content: Overall I think it's a good option for getting a number of different supplement options together in one product to address insulin sensitivity. I really like that it's third party tested and carries the GMP logo. The capsules are standard size and the recommended dose is two which isn't too bad. Overall, great blood sugar support supplement.

Content: I haven't seen a supplement quite like this before. It seems like they put together everything that I try to fortify my diet with. It's great to have so many things they I focus on in one pill so that I can catch up on them if I've been missing them in my diet. There are also extra supplemental ingredients that I haven't typically taken, but I trust that they are quality, useful, and relatively natural.The pill is a medium to large size, goes down well, and the powder looks like it's good quality.

Content: This is a nice supplement with an interesting ingredient profile. I often take berberine, chromium, and cinnamon for blood sugar support, but have not taken the other ingredients for the same reason. I'm interested in seeing how this will work long-term. I wish there were stronger concentrations of cinnamon, beet, amla, fenugreek, and bitter melon, and wish that we knew how much of each was included in the "200 mg healthy levels blend." I appreciate that the green tea extract is standardized, and appreciate the COQ10 in the blend. All in all, a great set of ingredients for an overall blood sugar support. I'm glad to have these and will keep taking them!

That said, I liked the combination of ingredients in this, so I was excited to get a chance to try a bottle.At this point, I've been taking this for a couple of weeks, and my experience has been really positive so far. The capsules are mid-sized and easy to take. They don't upset my stomach or cause any side effects that I've noticed. And I've felt really good, in general, since I've been on it. No bad smells or tastes to contend with here, either.Overall, this product meets a high quality standard and is easy to integrate into your routine. Content: I was interested in this supplement because it has active ingredients that help with blood sugar levels and metabolism. I have taken the supplement for two weeks without notable benefits. I have not experienced side effects. I expect that with continued use that it will help. Green tea is supposed to help with fat burning as does cinnamon. The ingredients are promising. Content: I don't know about weight loss benefits, but this definitely helps to control your insulin! I can feel the difference and feel significantly less lousy after eating sugar, which is normally something I don't eat very often as it makes me feel awful. This definitely helps! Content: I ordered this supplement because I take singles of all these ingredients. Everyone of these listed are great for your body. I specifically like the cinnamon for hot flashes,the magnesium,green tea and now I am exploring the benefits of berberine for blood sugar. I am hoping to see weight loss results but mainly I just hope for controlling blood sugar. I have only been taking for one day so I can't say I have seen any results but I will update if I notice any changes. I hope you find my review helpful.

Content: Some of the supplements included in this blend are unique to this brand only. I was really excited to give this unique blend of trial because it incorporates green tea which is a natural caffeine to help boost the effects. But also includes cholesterol controlling supplements like red rice, yeast and cinnamon which helps with glucose levels along with a berberine. But then this plan goes a little further and throws in magnesium glycinate which is the kind of magnesium I take daily along with chromium picolinate zinc. I've used chromium to help burn fat in the past. Anyways, long story short, I've been taking this just under 9 days and I've lost two and a half pounds already. I'm under 170 for the first time and have been trying to get to 165. 169.2 this morning. Had hit a plateau on. Was struggling to get these last few pounds off as they were hanging on. I do recommend that you only take this supplement in the morning. Have other forms of berberine that I'll take in the afternoon but this is my new morning go to because of the green tea. Don't feel jittery from it, but it's enough to give you a little morning boost. Certainly appreciate this brand throwing in so many different supplements into one pill. Very happy and highly recommend this for fat burning. But it's not a magic pill. You need to be in a calorie deficit, at least 7500 steps a day and lift weights. That'll get it done. Chicken and greens every meal.

Content: This looks like a great supplement for heart health and I chose it mainly because I am interested in the Berberine in it. It has 500 mg of Berberine and I have read a lot about it's ability to do a few good things to your body. Although you have to be careful and do a little research yourself, it can help with blood sugar but if you are a type 2 diabetic you need to consult your doctor before taking it. It can also be good for the kidneys but again, do the research before you take it for that issue too. All in all it looks like a safe supplement when taken responsibly.
