Content: We started taking this supplement when memory problems like "senior moments" began & I must say, we can both tell a big difference. We also have more energy! Can definitely tell when we don't take it! I recommend this to anyone who needs energy, stress relief and help with memory probs. Now it has taken us about 3 months to get it's full effects but we love it & order it every month, along with other supplements too though. Still, great product! Does what it claims!

Content: This is a very nice product! I definitely felt an improvement in feeling at ease and with being able to handle stressors. They are standard sized capsuled, and easy to swallow. I would recommend this for those who want a little more than what their ashwagandha is doing for them.

Content: I'm glad to have run across this supplement, but being on fixed income, I find it will ne hard to replace on a regular basis. I decided to grow my own vervain and make my own tincture. Will be a lot cheaper and renewable.

Content: These capsules are easy to swallow and I haven’t had any stomach issues so far. No smell. I took two capsules after dinner and I feel like they helped me relax and get better sleep. Content: This was my first time trying this supplement for rest and relaxation. I have to say I immediately noticed a more relaxed calm state and it also helped with sleep. Content: This herb seems to helps me with some of my sleep problem. I’ve been taking one capsule about 20 minutes before I’m ready to go to bed and it seems to help me fall asleep quickly but unfortunately I tend to wake up about 3 hours later and not able to go back to sleep.

Content: Vinatura is an online supplement company without a physical presence... They only list a PO box in delaware. They are a newer company trademarked in 2022. It's owned be folks outside of the USA and normally that would give me some concerns about the supplement that I'll take, but in this case: Vinatura actually provides test results from labs and from GMP facilities they used to private label their product. Some of their other more popular supplements they provide multiple 3rd party type tests. The vervain supplement Vinatura only provides the toxicity 3rd party test results. This is a great start...a lot of supplement brands that I've taken and reviewed states GMP and 3rd party test results, but do not provide any factual data, but Vinatura does. The bottle is double sealed with an expiration of 01/2027 and the pills are easy to swallow. I haven't had any negative side effects... I've never heard of vervain before, but it looks promising supplement and with 3rd party testing, I hope Vintura would provide future qualitative test results of the vervain and Ashwangandha inside their bottle: besides the toxicity report. I don't have any issues with private label supplements as long as the supplements are made at a GMP facility for safety.
