Content: These are pretty good Creatine pills. They are pills and you'll have to take them with liquids. I do like the pill form because there's no powder that you have to mix or pour in your mouth or gummies that you have to chew. It's really quick and easy to take. I did a loading phase of take a couple of extra pills during the first few days and then I went to a daily regular dose of 5g. They seem to be working just like creatine. I get a good pump during workouts and I feel like I have more energy when I workout. I would recommend you to give this a try if you're looking for a creatine option. Like I said, the pills are simple and easy for me....that is if you have no issues taking pills, then they should be simple and easy for you too.

Content: This seems to be a good quality Creatine so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is okay- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the full COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a full COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

Content: These are an interesting version of creatine since they are a compressed tablet vs a powder capsule. These seem to do the trick just as well, though I'm not the biggest fan of some added ingredients. The pills go down pretty smoothly, but not quite as easy as a traditional capsule.

So, with a total of 150 tablets, at 5 a day, that's 30 servings per jar. The jar’s label also mentions that this supplement sis Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients, Manufactured in a GMP Certified Facility, and is 3rd Party Lab Tested. I can see how these Creatine Monohydrate tablets can be handy for someone that dislikes dealing with weighing out powders, or just wants to have some Creatine easily ready for when out and, “On-the-go”. I got what I expected, so no complaints.

Content: For 5g of creatine, you need to take FIVE comically large pills. That's one gram per pill that can be tough for most people to swallow. They're hard, solid pills that are probably double the size of your usual flexible powder filled nutrition capsule.
I can manage these pills, and frankly I do find it more convenient than scooping and mixing powder into a drink. However, the fact that I have to take the effort to swallow one pill at a time makes these quite the chore to consume.

Content: If you don't mind swallowing a lot of large pills, this is an excellent source of creatine monohydrate. Personally I don't have an issue swallowing pills, but it does get tedious with how many supplements I take. So I usually prefer to get my creatine by drinking it. Some days I don't get around to mixing up a pre-workout drink and I use these instead. These are made in the USA and they seem to be high quality. The price is decent enough, but there are definitely cheaper ways to get creatine. That being said, I think this is a brand worth giving a try.

Content: Well, these creatine pills were potentially a good idea, but in reality, not so much.
Pills are large.
You need to take 5 pills to get recommended dose per day.
This jar is a months supply.
The pills do have a clear coating-so they aren't a powdery, dry pill.
It comes down to a personal preference: taking 5 large pills, vs a couple of creatine gummies, or a creatine powder mixed in a protein shake.
I loved the idea of taking a pill...until I realized that I would need to take FIVE of these every day...
These do have value for those who prefer to not mix the bitter powder in shakes. I myself don't choose to want to take five very large pills every day.
As of 6/2/2024, this large container of creatine pills 150 count, is a good value if you prefer a creatine pill x's 5 every day.

First off, the jar they come in is pretty huge, but that makes sense since there are 150 pills in there. And speaking of the pills, they're pretty big themselves. Like, you have to take five at a time for a single dose, which can be a bit of a challenge because of their size. But the good thing is, they're really smooth, so they go down alright.
One thing I wish, though, is that they were either smaller or had some sort of coating to make them easier to swallow. And if you're not great with swallowing big pills, you might want to steer clear of these.
But hey, the creatine itself is just as effective as the powdered stuff, so if that's what you're after in pill form, these are a solid choice. I think I'll stick to the powders after I finish this bottle, though, especially since they're cheaper per serving.

The jar itself is pretty large, which made sense seeing how they needed to fit 150 pills - and the pills themselves are big themselves! You have to take 5 at a time for a single dose, which is easier said than done given the size, but luckily they're very smooth. I do wish they were either smaller compressed capsules, or had some kind of coating to make them go down easier, and anyone with trouble taking something larger than excedrine might want to avoid these.
The creatine itself is the same in effect as powders, so if that's all you're after in pill form, I don't think you'll find much better - I think I'll stick to the powders after finishing this bottle however - especially at half the cost per serving

Content: I've been taking various forms of Creatine for a while now, and while the quality and effectiveness of these pills are just as good and effective as forms of creatine, I find the dosage inconvenient. Each 5-capsule serving provides 5,000 mg (5g) of creatine (1 gram each), which is the standard 5g daily dose recommended for optimal results. While I appreciate the quality of the creatine and its positive effects on my workouts, it means I have to take more capsules to reach my desired daily dosage. Previously I was taking the dissolvable powder form of creatine, and while it can be messy sometimes. These are also easier when you're on the go. They are made in the USA, which is a must for me.The capsules are easy to swallow, and the creatine itself delivers the expected benefits in terms of strength and endurance. If you don't mind taking many capsules to meet your daily creatine requirements, VINATURA Creatine Monohydrate is a good choice. Just don't expect each bottle to last as long as stated.

Content: There is nothing too special about these creatine monohydrate pills as compared to other brands, but I do really appreciate the fact that the 3rd party certificate of analysis is provided by the manufacturer. The pills are a little on the large side, but I did not have any difficulty swallowing them with water. In terms of price, this creatine supplement is on the more expensive side, but then again, the certificate of analysis provides an assurance that this is a high quality supplement. The serving size is 5 pills, which is a lot, but, as an endurance athlete, I only take 2-3 at a time, so this jar will last me about 60 days.

Content: No issues with the creatine itself. I have no reason to doubt that they're high quality and a legit way to take the supplement.However, take note that it's 150 tablets, NOT 150 servings. Each pill is only 1g of creatine. So, you have to take 5 per day to get the relatively standard 5g suggested dose for guys. That means this container only has 30 days of supplement, making it easily 2-3x more expensive vs. other pills and powders I've used. It's at the same price point as a lot of the gummies, but you have to swallow five pills to get the does.Overall, no real advantages in ease of taking (i.e. a single pill would be preferable to me vs. somewhat bitter powder; but I'd rather do the powders then deal with 5 pills), expensive compared to other forms. I'll finish out the container, but won't be buying again.
