The company reached out to refund my purchase because of the below issue. I appreciate that effort and hope that my next order will be better.
My product is as a dull gold color which indicated it was not stored properly or was improperly dried or not good quality. I am unhappy because you can not return this item for a replacement of better quality.

Content: It's good , added to hot teas blended well but u can taste it some. Couldn't find the scooper at first it was at the bottom so alot of product gets wasted everytime due to digging it out. Powder is all over it. The container it's in should have a clip on the top to secure the scooper to prevent this. Also when closing back up it gets everywhere as well. Other then that so far product seems good. First time using goldenseal powder so idk how it should look and taste. Just going of research ive done. It seems like a good product. I need to use it a lil longer before I can say 100 % how well it works

Content: Sniffed it as I’ve read as an alternative method to remove mucus and phlegm and drinking it in tea form helps too. Only required to take a very little. So it goes a long way. It just tastes like dirt.

Content: I have always used goldenseal for sinus infections and it cleared them up sufficiently to keep me off of antibiotics. I don't think I'm using the correct dosage and have never used powder before outside of in capsules. With the capsules, I would begin taking 3 (700MG per capsule) every 8 hours and no, I didn't get sick - it actually helped but this powder isn't helping. Has anyone tried snorting it to place it directly into the sinuses? Do any of you herbal people think that would help? Thanks for your feedback.

Content: Color and texture is all off but all over the container says true goldenseal root. Must be either an old product or something manufactured incorrectly, very unfortunate. If genuine, it is poor quality that is presented as a good deal. Smell is off, the only details that fits the bill is the bitter taste which indicates nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.

Content: This stuff mixes fairly well with a spoon, and very easily with one of those little electric frother/whisk devices. Even a couple scoops has hardly any taste even in plain water. The scoop, however, is tiny. The directions say "Use 1 scoop or 1 teaspoon", which makes you think the scoop is a teaspoon, but it is not - a level scoop is about 1/3 teaspoon, so two heaping scoops gets you a full teaspoon. Be careful, it's easy to get this stuff on your fingers and clothes - it's very fine and very yellow.

Content: I’ve only ever taken goldenseal in a tincture. This tastes so much better. I put some in water, and was expecting it to taste stronger than my tincture but I hardly tasted it at all. So i got curious and put some directly on a spoon. It has a nutty, sweet beginning and a slightly bitter ending. All of which wasn’t overpowering.This is great for adding to my tea, yogurt and fire cider. The prices for loose goldenseal powder vary a lot depending on where it’s grown and if it’s wild crafted. This is grown in the USA. It’s not listed as organic or wildcrafted. It is made in a GMP facility. For all of these reasons, for what is available at the time of my writing, the price of $34.98 seems in line. Expiration is 12/2025

Content: Light tasting the "Goldenseal Root Powder - 4 oz, 113 Servings *USA Made & Tested* Pure Natural Goldenseal Root Powder Supplement" is kind of unremarkable in flavor when a scoop is added to 8-10 oz of water as the directions suggest. I barely notice it is there. Stirring it in isn't problematic but I generally give it a quick hit with a tiny handheld battery-operated stirrer. I usually add it to fluids (fresh juices, teas, combos etc) when I'm not feeling up to par. I tend to make my own concoctions with a little of this and a little of that when I feel the need. It comes in a heavyish dark jar with a seal, screw on lid and plastic around the top. The jar is a little big for the 4oz of fine powder, but I find that makes it neater to use. I appreciate that it comes with its own scoop. I received my jar in January of 2024 and the expiration date isn't until 12/2025. Made in the USA
