Content: If you run into vaginal issues again and again, take this everyday and keep your good bacteria in place. I highly recommend this. I make sure I never run out it as this has the right blend of all good bacteria. It works well for me. If I ever start feeling uncomfortable, that day I take 2 instead of 1 tablet and feel just fine after that. That is just me. I am not a doctor. You should take just the recommended dose.

Content: I wanted to help my daughter find a better probiotic over the regular over the counter ones in stores, too give her less issues with candida overgrowth. This one had the most recommended strains and seemed very solid. She had a reaction a few days in, so it was a no go. She had not changed it added anything else to her routine, so we are pretty certain the probiotics caused it. I didn't want to waste them, so I decided to just finish the bottle myself. 4 days in I stared to get a rash. Didn't really think much of it, but it is now all over my body. Very similar to the reaction I have if I take Penicillin. Same with me, the probiotics was the only thing that had changed in my routine. I looked it up, and some people can have a rash, itchy or not, if they're allergic to certain probiotic products. Some articles mentioned that sometimes it could be due to a batch being contaminated with mold, which would make sense, since we're both allergic to Penicillin, which is essentially a mold. So just keep this in mind. I'm sure this could happen with any brand, and I'm sure it's fairly rare.
*Update: Since this review was posted, I was contacted by their excellent customer service, and they apologized and asked if I would like a full refund, since they have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Very professional, and they did not ask me to remove or alter my review. I'm always happy to highlight great customer service, since it's rare nowadays. I'm upping my review from 2 to 3 stars due to this**

I can't really comment on how well it works, but their customer service is top notch!When I found this product, I had searched for prenatal and postnatal prebiotic/probiotic since I am breastfeeding and am planning on getting pregnant again. I personally did not see that you aren't supposed to take while breastfeeding or pregnant. If I would have seen it, I would not have bought it. I opened it only to see the warning. However, it is not a returnable item. So, I'm out desperately needed money and prebiotic/prebiotic.

Content: I bought this product because I had heard about all the benefits of taking certain lactobacillus strains while pregnant. I read through the while listing and nowhere does it mention that this product is not recommended while pregnant. I received the product and right on the label it says Do not take while pregnant or nursing. Now, I'm being told the product is ineligible for return. Terrible customer service. Fix your product listing. Also, for anyone concerned, the product contains Titanium Dioxide, which is banned in the EU for having suspected genotoxic properties.

Content: I like taking a women-specific probiotic because it feels like I am doing more for my health. I have tried many brands and varieties and was curious about this one.This probiotic contains 6 separate strains of probiotics that, together, comprise 38 billion colony forming units, which is an impressive amount. The bottle is shelf stable, which means it doesn't need refrigeration. I like this because sometimes I forget to refrigerate my probiotics and then worry that they are damaged or no longer alive.There are 30 capsules included in the bottle, with a serving size of 1 per day. The bottle has no smell. These probiotics also specify that they are made in the US (in an FDA-registered facility), are GMP (aka good manufacturing practices) certified and 3rd party lab tested. This is important to me when choosing a probiotic.Overall, I feel good taking it. By this, I mean I have not noticed any negative side effects. When I take it, I feel I have a good amount of energy and my bathroom trips are very regular.This is a great option if you are on the market for a good quality women's probiotic.

Content: The bottle says the capsule is acid resistant, so I tried putting it in lemon juice. After 90 minutes, the capsule had definitely softened. I would suggest eating this on an empty stomach to let it get through to the intestine with minimal digestion.I tried using the contents of the capsule to culture some milk, but the results were inconclusive compared to plain milk. If you are looking for the variety of strains listed in the description, this probiotic is definitely worth a try.

Content: I always take a variety of probiotics so that they can flourish hopefully in my gut. I like the blends of different types, in that I can't keep track of which does what, but I might as well cover my bases. I always refrigerate my probiotics as soon as I get them so they will last longer. These capsules are made in the USA and cGMP certified. I guess I didn't check the filler material, but I will be more careful in the future before ordering. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not cause any upset stomach. No aftertaste.

Content: I like that there are multiple probiotic strains included in an acid-resistant capsule, which I presume means that it will make it through the stomach without the the probiotics being destroyed by the digestive system, making it more effective. I haven't noticed any effects so far but I haven't noticed any ill effects either. These things do take time, and I hope to see some improvement. It is a slightly larger capsule but it is only one a day, so it is actually easier (in my opinion) than taking two.

Content: I ordered this because it contains a good blend of probiotics formulated for women's health. I did not notice until after I received it that the capsules contain titanium dioxide. It's a whitening agent that helps make the capsules opaque. There are studies that point to this being harmful. The FDA allows it if it's below a certain threshold, but Europe has banned it. I suppose one could empty the contents of the capsule into a smoothie and consume it that way, hence avoiding the capsule.

Content: I have taken probiotics for over thirty years and like to switch up brands and strains. I typically keep 3 or 4 different products on hand and rotate daily.This is a nice formula with six different probiotic strains... two of which are not as common as the others.I was very disappointed to see this supplement contains Titanium Dioxide... an ingredient that has been banned in Europe as being harmful to health. Very few nutrition companies in the USA still use this, and for me this is a major strike against this product.
