Content: This is a concoction of all 3 fibrinolytic enzymes: Lumbrokinase, Nattokinase & Serrapeptase. I have been taking these individually for a few years now and it is very handy to have them all-in-one in relatively high doses. Hence I call this the best of all worlds. You can Google the benefits of these and discover that there are many, particularly with heart health, which is what I mainly take it for.

I started noticing that I was running out of them earlier than usual, so I started counting the supplements before taking and they constantly short the 60 to 58. Content: I bought one for my grandmother, grandfather and for me but none of us felt any better. So we just finished one bottle each and no more. I took a different brand of Nattokinase and I took about 10 capsules; after an hour my heart was hurting so I know they do work I'm just not sure why no one felt anything with this brand that has other three ases.

Content: I got this due to the CHF heart problems that I have been diagnosed with over the last ten years. I have to say that I don't know much about how this supplement ingredients work. I'm always open to trying new things. But I just kind of am not that comfortable using it. I haven't really experienced any negative side effects. But I've been scared to use it all due to the fact I'm not familiar with the ingredients. I'll need to do some more research before I'm comfortable continuing to take this.

Content: I use serrapeptase for breaking down fibrous scar tissue in the body. I had wanted to take natto to help with breaking down other things that my body might encounter, so I thought this combo would be worth trying.SIZEThese are not too big to swallow. They are pretty average in size.DO THESE HELP?I can honestly say that these do seem to help with the scar fiber break down and a little bit of the other feature that I wanted them for, but it is nothing I can say , "WOW these are AMAZING". This is not the type of supplement you can say that about so that is not unusual. I will continue to use them until they are gone.THE BOTTOM LINEThese seem to help with a bit of scar tissue breakdown and immunity issues.MY RATINGFIVE STARS so far. They are what they say they are and do seem to do what they say. I will update at the end of the bottle if I have anything to add.

Content: I take nattokinase and serrapeptase separately a couple times a week. I haven't taken lumbrakinase before though. This is just one pill to take which is great. It doesn't have a flavor or upset my stomach. I haven't noticed any difference truthfully. What I gage the efficacy on can't be posted here because it gets my review banned now apparently for "being personal" describing a medical condition. So that's all I can say.

Content: I have tried every ingredient in this product on it own before and each are high on my list of favorite kind of supplements. So when I saw them all in one I had to give it a try.I was not disappointed at all. This supplement preformed as I thought it would and I continue to enjoy the benefits of these “Enzymes”The only pause that I have concerning this combination is the ingredient “Lumbrokinase” from what I have seen and heard that Lumbrokinase is better taken alone I cant say for sure if that made any difference but what I do know is that this supplement did preform well for me.

Content: This nattokinase supplement contains a fairly large amount of clean capsules that appear to be of good quality. The amount of nattokinase in the bottle makes this a solid value. The capsules are a medium size, and I've had no issue swallowing them with a drink. No flavor or aftertaste to speak of. Most of all, I appreciate the information on the bottle, which is comprehensive.

Content: I use these for cardiovascular support and circulation. Although it's hard to tell if this is working, I believe it does help. These contain three great ingredients, all in excellent dosages. They're excellent quality, easy to use, and highly absorbed. I take the recommended one capsule per day in the morning on an empty stomach. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor and cause no stomach discomfort. The bottle contains a two month supply. These are a great value for the quality and amount. They're third-party tested and made in the USA.

Content: I like that this product has all 3 enzymes (each at a good dosage) so that I can take just 1 capsule instead of 3. I take it on an empty stomach to ensure it does not end up digesting protein in my stomach. I can feel a noticeable difference. A friend of mine also tried it (per FLCCC) and he feels less out of breath on it. I like that it is made in USA using GMP and is 3rd party tested. Definitely a good way to go in taking these enzymes for vascular health.

Content: I've been taking nattokinase to improve my circulation. This Vinatura supplement piqued my interest because it contains more than just nattokinase: it also includes serrapeptase (an anti-inflammatory, anti-infection agent) and lumbrokinase, another heart-healthy supplement that can also aid in circulation.So rather than take all three separately, I get them together in one capsule. The nattokinase is a full daily dosage (2,000 FU) plus it includes the other two supplements, as well as beet root powder (which might help to lower blood pressure) and rutin (also good for circulation). As someone who gets numb fingers in cold weather, this seems ideal. I only need to take one capsule per day, and the bottle contains 60 capsules (a 2-month supply). To me, this is a very good value, and I plan to continue ordering this product.

Content: I was attracted to this product because I’m already buying the ingredients separately, and the combined price is a nice savings. What I’ve noticed from the label, though, is that the amount of nattokinase is less than my usual brand, while the amount of serrapeptase is higher. The amount of lumbrokinase is about the same.The “official” jury is still out, but there is mounting evidence that these three enzymes work synergistically to provide potential cardiovascular benefits. Vinatura has combined them into a single supplement that’s third-party tested and GMP-produced to ensure a quality product. The capsules are medium-sized and are not at all difficult to swallow, and I’ve not noticed any undesired effects after nearly three weeks of use. As noted on the label, it’s best to take these on an empty stomach.The bottle arrived very fresh, with a printed expiration date just short of three years in the future.Five stars for both value and attention to quality.

Content: Saw this and wanted to try it. Have had circulation issues as I've gotten older and thanks to lack of exercise because of daily routine, been trying things. So far I haven't had issues with this. Overall, I do think there have been some improvements since working it into my supplement mix. Generally, I do a mix of salmon omega 3s, coQ10, and some antioxidant berry powder. Sometimes I still feel a little bit, especially when I wake up after laying on my side. I've not had be really apparent since trying this out. Definitely am aware of the benefits of natto so, I'm sure it's helping. Overall, a worthwhile thing to try if you are looking to help your circulation. No issues, recommended!

Content: I often take nattokinase supplement for heart and artery health. This one by Vinatura contains 2 additional enzymes, lumbrokinase & serrapeptase, to boost blood circulation health. It is also enhanced with beet root and rutin for immune support. The capsules are not too large and easy enough to swallow. The directions are to take 1 capsule daily without food.This comes in a dark plastic bottle, double-sealed. This is a 60-day supply. The expiration date is printed on the product label. I like that it is third-party lab tested for quality and consistency. Made in USA. Overall, a good nattokinase plus supplement. It seems good so far. For around $0.45 per serving, it is a pretty decent value for the money. I like it. Worth a consideration.

My mother had a stroke so I take it as a prophylactic. The dosage of these is one a day. The capsules are easy to swallow. Too early to report any results but I have experienced nothing negative. Content: Natto has a ton of potential health benefits, so I've taken it casually over the years. But I recently started the McCullough protocol, which means taking it every day for a while.The McCullough protocol is three things: Nattokinase (2000 FU x 2x daily), Nano Curcumin (500 mg x 2x daily), & Bromelain (500 mg daily). Nano Curcumin is difficult to find and more expensive than the other two. My favorite brand for the nano curcumin, and probably the best value, is Integrative Therapeutics.This natto by VINATURA is a great blend because of the other heart healthy ingredients - the beet root, Lumbrokinase, Serrapeptase & other ingredients are all potentially beneficial.They indicate the dose is one per day, but I'll be doing 2 per day for a month or so.My only criticism is that it's a bit expensive. It's 3x more than my normal brand. However it's not really an apples to apples comparison because my normal brand is only natto, it doesn't have the other ingredients. When I'm done with this bottle I'll have to assess whether the other ingredients are worth the extra.My final comment is that there is no mention whether this is organic or GMO-free. These are important questions when dealing with Natto, which is usually soy based.

Content: Natto is a fermented soy bean (primarily attributed to Japan, although most Asian countries have their own version) that has powerful enzymes known to help with blood circulation and other conditions of the blood. However, it has what most people think is the most horrible smell and taste. Enter nattokinase - all the "good stuff" that's in natto without any of the ick factor. (My apologies to people who like natto, but you're tastebuds and olfactory might be seriously broken...)Serrapeptase and nattokinase are supposed to work together synergistically to clean out arteries, thus making for better circulation.
