Content: After consistently taking these capsules, I noticed that my overall mood throughout the day was a lot better. I felt a happier and had a more positive outlook on things. Also, my energy level increased and I was less tired. I had no issues swallowing these capsules, as they are an average size. They also did not have a bad taste or smell.

Content: I usually take Ashwaghanda by itself, but wanted to give this supplement a try and so far so good. There is no taste/smell which is a positive and the capsules are vegetarian which is a must for me. Taking 2 capsules a day at the same time is not a problem as the capsule size is not too big. I would recommend.

Content: These have an impressive list of ingredients and they do third party testing on them which is great but unfortunately for me they just do not agree with my tummy. I've tried taking them on and off, with and without food and at different times of day. No matter how or when I take them I end up with tummy discomfort.I'm still giving these 4 stars because of the ingredients and third party testing. Other reviewers seem to like these so i am assuming its just me and would hate to discourage others that may benefit from them.

Content: I love anything with ashwaganda in it, and this had an interesting mix of supplements in with it. I did my research and found that these are all really good supplements for a woman’s body, so I tried it, and it made me feel so good. It just gives you a little boost and evens out your mood.

Content: I am not 100% sold on these yet. I know there are health benefits to taking sea moss but man, these taste awful. Additionally, I have not noticed enough discernible benefits to merit eventually buying another bottle. The pills are easy to swallow and the price point is good compared to what it could be. Overall, I don't know that these amaze me enough to keep going but we'll see.

Content: This supplement arrives in a nicely-labeled bottle that is easy to open and close with my weak, painful hands. It was pretty easy to remove the protective seal as well. Inside, the medium-large capsules have a spicy aroma, and some powder easily escapes the bottle, triggering a coughing response, so take care not to inhale it. While I appreciate the excellent ingredients in this supplement, I’d love to see some guarantee on the bottle that they’re organic and non-GMO, as I’m not sure if that’s the case, though there are sporadic indications of such here on the product page. At a recommended serving size of 2 capsules per day, this bottle of 60 capsules is meant to last for one month, though it doesn’t expire for 2 years. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this supplement but am generally pleased.

Content: I have been taking sea moss supplements for a while, but I had never seen a sea moss supplement that contained blue vervain, olive leaf extract and ashwagandha, until I saw this supplement! This is definitely a great value, because you don’t have to bother buying any other supplements to get the benefits of these other ingredients. Just 2 capsules a day are enough to help your immunity. Content: I was excited to try this immune-boosting supplement. It contains many beneficial ingredients such as Irish Moss (a type of seaweed, and is made in a GMP facility and is third party tested. The dark, plastic bottle comes properly sealed. The standard-sized capsules are easy to consume. However, after about a week of consistently taking this supplement, I started feeling extremely depressed. I stopped taking the supplement, and the depression lifted. In the the past, I took another supplement that caused a similar reaction. I had to stop taking that one as well. When I compared ingredients, there was one in common - ashwaganda. I think my body has a negative reaction to that herb, which is unfortunate because this supplement contains so many other excellent herbs and minerals. This is a great supplement, as long as you can tolerate ashwaganda.

Content: I'm not sure if this is just a bad bottle of the product: Lot# 2305103 Exp 05/2025I take a number of supplements and have done so for many, many years and I must say this is the first time I have ever encountered a truly offensive smell and unpalatable capsule/supplement taste, that unfortunately lingered for some time.Initially I thought the brand new bottle of water I just opened was in some way tainted or bad, but after swallowing the capsule and experiencing this really disagreeable lingering after taste I went to this supplement bottle, opened it, and smelled the product and realized it was this product, not the water. The smell and taste is strong, pungent and noxious. I would describe as almost metallic like, but my husband just says "rank", which may be the most accurate. Unfortunately I had already swallowed the capsule before I figured out the cause. My stomach did feel a little queasy for 12 hours or more, but thankfully no other major after affects noted at this time.It's possible the smell/taste originate from one of the ingredients, which granted I have not taken before, so I may just be unaware of a significant pungent odor and taste corresponding to a particular herb, ie; sea moss, olive leaf, blue varvain, aswagandha, etc. However, I read all of the other available reviews and no one else mentioned this issue, which in my opinion could NOT be overlooked or ignored by anyone, it is simply too strong and offensive.I also checked my order and delivery dates, to confirm that product wasn't sitting in the sun or heat for a long period, which possibly might have affected the product. The weather in our area was cool at that time, 50 to mid 60 degrees and I retrieved the package from my porch immediately after it was delivered. The bottle was sealed with plastic around the neck and covered interior opening as well, so not likely it was tampered with.That said, I am conflicted about giving a rating for this supplement. I decided to give the product three stars, based on the seemingly quality combination of potentially beneficial, third party tested globally sourced ingredients assembled in the USA, review of other products and company info which includes a web presence with contact information. I can only assume that for some reason this particular bottle has some unknown significant issue rendering it unusable, but it would not stop me from considering other products by the company.

Content: I have been taking this for a few days now and have noticed that my energy is better and I even feel better both physically and mentally. I think this is a pretty good supplement, especially for the immune system. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any aftertaste. Olive leaf is so good for the body and I think this might be what is making me feel better as it is high in antioxidants, reduces triglycerides and cholesterol levels, and is an anti-inflammatory. Very good product!
