Content: These capsule may not smell all too pleasant but they go down easy and there's no discomfort. I do think that I feel a little more energy after having taken this supplement. It's not a miracle worker and won't give you unlimited reps, but it's definitely helpful.

Content: SO I don't use a gym. My job is my gym since working 10-12 hr days and moving 30-60 lbs objects regularly that's where I get my work out.Been doing this gig for over 10 years and noticed I was slowing down...probably just getting older. SO decided to give these a try,As soon as opening the bottle noticed a wicked smell to it. Not pleasant at all! Fortunately not really much taste but the smell was very distracting.Tried them for over a week and can say I did notice a change in my overall speed and strength. NOT any popeye spinach type change but did see some mild increase.However for the cost this doesn't seem very effective or worthy change.Pill size is typical and not too hard to swallow so no problems there,But man...that smell is rugged. If you can get past that, maybe will have better results.

Content: I just finished this bottle, and I was amazed with the results. For starters, within a few days, I noticed I felt stronger than ever despite being in a calorie deficit. I had been expecting to see reduced strength in the gym due to my calorie deficit but with this supplement I was so surprised that I was lifting heavier than previously. If I could improve anything about this product is the price and the proprietary blend. I am not a fan of proprietary blends because I don't know exactly how much of each ingredient I am consuming. The price for this will make me unlikely to buy again, but I had fun trying this new supplement out as it was my first exposure to turkesterone and ecdysterone.

Content: Ordered this for a little support and boost to my ongoing exercise regimen. Always hard to know for certain, but they seem to help a little, though nothing dramatic.The supplement came well packaged, fully sealed, and had no bad odors when opened. Easy to swallow, I am taking them every morning with breakfast.They are a little pricey, but otherwise I've been quite happy with this supplement.

Content: This is a turkesterone ecdysterone blend mixed with NO2 boosters. I take two capsules in the morning with food and two in the evening. This gave me good results in strength and muscle size, but I had to double the dosage. The results weren't dramatic, but definetly an increase over taking nothing. Since I had to double the dosage the bottle only contained just over a two week supply. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. It's a little pricey, but it's third party tested and made in the USA.

Content: These have no unpleasant taste or odor, and are easy to take. Haven't noticed any digestive issues from taking them.As for effectiveness, they aren't a miracle in a bottle just like any other supplements aren't. I do feel that they seem to improve energy and libido in a noticable way however. Moreso than other supplements I have tried.Worth rotating into your supplements for a while for a try.

Content: Be sure to read before purchasing. This is a higher dosage than most especially at this price point. I have used other product in the past and I have received better results from this. The first week I was experiencing some mild headaches but that has since past. It is a wonderful supplement to add to my daily vitamins and workout regimen.

Content: I’ve been take this for over a week now and my energy levels have been unbelievable. These are easy to swallow and I haven’t had any aside affect. I’ve read where this supplement lowers cholesterol, regulates blood sugar and saves heart diseases in older adults. I can’t wait for my labs in a couple months. This willl be interesting to see! This is definitely a great value with amazing results!

Content: I didn't notice that the bottle said recommended to take after physical activity, so I'm glad I was already doing that. I go to the gym, then afterward I have breakfast and take this along with my other vitamins. So far I feel great, so it's probably doing its thing.

Content: In my so far limited trial of this, I felt that my muscles did not seem to feel tired in a short workout. And I did not feel any bad side effects like aftertaste or upset stomach.When you open the bottle there is a peppery herby scent. It's light and not overpowering.After taking the pills I didn't feel any sudden rush or a tingle, or any noticeable physical effect.It did seem to give me a little longer muscle endurance.

Content: Kind of on the fence with this one. I’ve been taking these for about a month and can’t say I feel any dramatic difference. I believe I do have a little more stamina in the gym. My biggest issue is with the proprietary blend- you have know idea how much is actually per serving of turkesterone vs some citrulline and arginine. Overall, I feel like I feel better with them, but if it’s that hard to tell, not sure if it’s worth it.

Content: The research is mixed on this one and the only way to know would be under the guidance of a health professional…bloodwork, all that. I can’t really tell any difference but I am only a couple weeks in and this likely takes a while before any noticeable changes in lean muscle mass or anything. No noticeable increased energy / strength / gym performance. I have not had any negative side effects – my only concern is the cost. Sustainability is key when choosing a supplement that you plan to take long term. I will continue to take and monitor, but it may not be for me. Came clean/sealed/safe – no issues. Thank you!

Content: I take 4 pills and hour before workouts. I lift 4 days a week 2:30 hrs a day. Not 100% sure how great the effects are, but I seem to be less sore. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste or digestive issues

Content: I ordered this supplement to help with my muscle recovery, muscle mass gain, and to boost my performance in the gym. This supplement is different from the other turkesterone supplement that I have tried in the past as it improved or boost my strength, muscle mass, and recovery. I am attributing these to the ecdysterone, arginine, and the purest form of this supplement, which helps me keep my muscle pump for almost four hours after working out. This is an excellent supplement, especially for those who are serious in improving their performance in there gym.

Content: This is an excellent blend of both of the 'rones for those looking to put everything they've got and more into strength training. How well these supplements actually work is still debated and being researched however. It's a nice touch that it includes l arginine and citrulline, but I dont like that it doesn't specify how many mg of each ingredient there is. Many people who would take this are likely getting these supplements elsewhere such as in pre workouts. I think this is a great product, but I would like to see the amount of each individual ingredient disclosed.
