Content: I don't know why it was so hard to find this compound without treenut inclusions.... Omg I'm so glad I found this one! I think the dosage is reasonable and have decided that the potential benefits are worth certain drawbacks as long as they aren't allergen related. I honestly can't tell you if it helped with my energy level, I never expect supplements or anything that's not exercising or sleeping properly to really help with it. I will say that if you decided to try this compound and don't want it to have a bunch of ingredients, then this particular version of it might be appealing to you.

Content: I haven’t been taking this long enough to be able to say it’s helped or not but what I can say are the following positives: It’s made in the USA so I feel fairly confident it contains what it should and doesn’t contain anything else. My bottle arrived sealed with a great 2027 expiration date. All the capsules move freely in the bottle without any stickiness so they’re easy to shake out. For me personally it’s a larger pill but I still swallow it without issue. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects so I’m going to continue taking it and update my review if and when I do notice positive changes. Vinatura’s urolithin A seems to be legit. The made in the USA company adheres to product testing protocols and good manufacturing practices. Each capsule contains 500mg of Urolithin A. I have been taking Urolithin A for several months and upon trying this brand for the past 2 weeks (30 day supply in the bottle), I did not notice a drop in my energy levels. That leads me to believe the Vinatura product is authentic; if it wasn’t, then I would have felt more tired, less energetic during workouts and just getting through the day. Since I have maintained my energy stats and my daily exercise habits, I can confidently recommend taking Vinatura’s Urolithin A for increased mitochondrial health and improved energy levels.

Content: Came in a 30 capsule safety sealed (around lid and under cap). Bottle was bar coded, stamped with lot ID and expiration date of 1/2027. Labeling indicates product is made in the USA, manufactured in a FDA registered facility, GMP certified, and lab tested.
Inspection did not reveal any off odors, scents or appearance. Instructions state to take 1 capsule with 8-12 ounces of water. Each capsule delivers 500 mg of Urolithin A. I personally was able to tolerate this fine with no adverse or allergic reactions or digestive issues. I will update this review should I experience any tangible effects whether positive or negative.

Content: Urolithin A is a unique compound that only about ~12% of the population produce and only when eating certain foods (namely pomagranate). People who can naturally make the conpound tend to live for a long time. If you're interested in longevity supplements, I'd encourage you to check out some newer studies. While your doctor is always whom you should consult, I do find everything I've pored over to be very interesting.
The supplement comes in medium sized, smell-free and tasteless capsules that are easy to swallow. One bottle of #30 capsules serves as a 1-month supply if one takes as recommended.
I have no complaints or criticisms abput this product. It meabs almost all of my quite high safety ideal requirements:
