Content: This supplement is amazing! The best test for me was over the past month of June. I had been exposed to a very drawn out, emotionally taxing breakup and my stress levels were high. I found that taking this supplement consistently really helped me regulate in ways that I was having issues with doing without this supplement. Consistent consumption helped me remain calm and balanced as I worked through what I was going through. The pills are not at all hard to swallow and the ingredient list is great! I highly recommend this brand and I will get more when I run out.

Content: So far I have not had any negative effects from these supplements and they seem effective. I do feel they help with reducing stress and staying calm. I have a stressful job so anything that can decrease stress is great for me. I like that they are made in the USA and that you can find the analysis certificate online. That makes me feel a lot safer trusting them in my body. They also have a tamper seal. When researching the manufacturer online they appear to be a stable company that has good quality control on their products. The bottle says that they are free of gluten, tree nut, and dairy, so if you have those allergies this should be safe for you. They would be a better value for money if the amount of supplement per serving was a little bit higher.

Content: I like the quality formula made for her. But I can tell you it would work just as well for him too. In fact, the generous dosages of each ingredient would really work just as well for men as women so don't be afraid to share with your partner. The capsules are easy to swallow and the product is quite fresh with two full years until expiration. There was no ill effects on the stomach and it's easy to digest. No funky scent either. Content: The bottle appear a bit small, and the daily dosage is recommended to take 2 capsules daily, and this bottle contains 60 capsules, which equals to a one-month supply. I will see how well this product work then after I finish this bottle after 1 month. However, I did take 2 capsules this morning, since it was recommended you take it in the morning or late afternoon, with or without a meal, so I figure, I'll just take it in the morning. The capsules and standard size capsules, they're soft capsules also, and should dissolves easily, after you swallow it. They're not solid capsules. Overall, it doesn't have an unpleasant taste and easy to consume.
