Content: I have been a big fan of Berberine products for a long time. I usually take anywhere from 1200-1500mg about 20 minutes before eating. This is a 500mg capsule. It is small, swallows early and no after taste.It definitely helped bring on the feeling of full and more importantly, that desire to keep eating after fullness was quelled. I think it’s an excellent addition to anyone who is watching their weight.

Content: I take berberine daily so I test for differences after trying a new brand. I can say I didn't notice any differences which is great and also NO i'll effects like stomachaches or headaches. I find these easy to take and no taste other than the capsule. I do find the price a bit on the high end for a 30 day supply but at least you get a reputable company making these in the usa in gmp facility.

Content: I can't be sure just yet, but since I've started taking this I am noticing benefits. Most notably, my appetite is not changed much, but the urge to snack or cheat mid meals is more manageable. I am able to redirect my attention away from the snack or 'opportunity food' (the unexpected sugar laden treat placed in front of me when least expecting it).... Before this I rarely could pass up having a few of the donuts and treats brought into my work. So far, I recommend!

Content: The listing claims that the certificate of analysis for lot numbers is available on their website, but there isn't one for this product at the time of review. The COAs for other products are a random mixture of third party testing for heavy metals and testing by the actual manufacturer for microbes. The actual manufacturer's section for ingredients lists the test method as "input" with a result of "in house pass" which doesn't sound like the final capsules are tested for potency. At least that is the way I interpret it. I guess it's better than nothing. EDIT: COAs for this product are now present on Vinatura's website.

The form is Dihydroberberine, which is one that I’m not familiar with, however it has the same distinctive yellow color that I’ve came to associate with Berberine. They provide you their contact information, and clear ingredients and usage instructions.Berberine has a lot of potential benefits including higher plasma counts, aids in metabolic function, as well as uses for diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. In a raw form it's even used for burns and canker sores topically.They added Ceylon Cinnamon to this supplement to boost metabolic support even more. Really seems to be a great combo.I have just begun taking these, and haven't seen much in terms of benefits as of yet, but most supplements take some time to work into your system and get things going. Also importantly, I haven't seen any negative side effects from this supplement. Berberine is somewhat known for gastrointestinal discomfort, and I haven't seen that with these. Content: I really like that these capsules are twice as effective as regular berberine. It only requires one capsule per day. I just started taking them, so we will see if they have the same effect as regular berberine, which helps to suppress my appetite by controlling sugar absorption. There are 30 capsules in the bottle.
