Content: This is a little expensive for a one month supply, but it is definitely a quality NAD supplement. I started researching NAD this year and decided that it was something that I wanted to add to my arsenal to slow aging and protect my body as much as possible from a host of things it's proven to protect against. I find that it gives me energy and although I cannot qualify or quantify the host of other proven benefits, I'm glad that I'm taking it as I'm sure I'm reaping them even if I can't see them in real time. I would prefer a soft gel or a hard pill to a capsule and I would prefer to only have to take one instead of two. However, that is personal preference and has no bearing on the effectiveness and quality of this supplement. I definitely think this is a five-star supplement because I feel pretty good taking it.

Content: I have to say up front that I got this by mistake. I got NAD and NAC (a regular supplement for me) confused. So, I have to rate it given the information solely and product I received. The capsules look to be good quality and easy to swallow. It's made in the USA under supplement GMP. I also like that they don't add a bunch of other supplements into a magic formula which makes it impossible to compare one product to another and often means I end up double supplementing certain ingredients.
The reason I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the suggested serving is 2 capsules and that means that bottle only has a 30 day supply. This affects calculations when you want to understand the cost per day of using it or to compare it to other product. Other than that, I think it's a fine product for those wanting to supplement with B vitamin.
